The weather on Friday, the day before the wedding, was horrendous. Cold, windy and rainy. It did not seem possible that Saturday could possibly be a nice day for a wedding.
During the Cocktail Hour the photographer (Anna Simonak) took the wedding party down to the lakes’ edge for photos. It was quite a sight to see them all making their way down the beautifully groomed sloping lawn and then to make their way back.
At the end of the meal, instead of a cake cutting, there was a “First Scoop” and then an assortment of pies were served with ice cream.
Formal Dances followed with the Bride/Groom dance kicking things off. Sarah and Isaac danced to the song Hey Pretty Girl by Kip Moore.
The Father/Daughter dance was Come Fly With Me by Frank Sinatra and the Mother/Groom dance was What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong.
An evening of dancing followed and a great time was had by all.
Thank you Sarah and Isaac for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day. Enjoy the rest of the photos I took.
