I was thrilled to be able to provide the entertainment for the Cornell University Class of 1961 Reunion. What a great group it was. I’m not sure of the exact headcount, but it was a very large group; there must have been nearly 700 or 800 attendees including spouses. Needless to say there was a LOT of energy in the room. It was their 50th reunion!
Providing sound in such a cavernous space requires a lot of oomph and Barney Cole of Calf Audio was the sound engineer who provided the additional amplification and speakers that did such an amazing job of creating a great sound. Thank you Barney for all you did.
I had a blast playing requested songs from the late ’50′s and early ’60′s for this class reunion. It was amazing how much dancing took place. Not only was the designated dance floor occupied, but people were dancing literally everywhere! It was a sight to behold.
Here are a few of the photos I took. Thanks Class of 1961.
